When will my order ship?
Shipping and processing times depend on the product and whether it is ready to ship or made to order. Please refer to the product page for any specific production timelines. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available at our Detroit studio and storefront at 1331 West Holden Street, Unit 130, Detroit, MI. Once your order is placed, please text us at (248) 331-7873 to coordinate a pickup time.
How much does shipping cost?
Free on shipping on all orders except for sale and shoe items.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

Can I exchange an item for another size or receive store credit?
You have 30 days from your purchase to exchange an item or receive store credit. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can assist you with the process.

Are your pieces one-of-one?

What does reworked mean?
Reworked garments are created by transforming existing clothing or materials into new designs. Each piece can have its own character, details, and variations.
Where are your garments made?
Haus of Raya is committed to Detroit-based design and production. All of our reworked garments are designed and made in-house in Detroit, while our elevated cotton basics are manufactured in collaboration with a local sewing shop. We’re proud to support local production and contribute to Detroit’s creative community.
